The Client Portal.
The RHM Client Portal is where ongoing clients manage their IT relationship with us — open support tickets, view asset inventories, upload and retrieve documents, track AMC history, and review open and closed work items.
If you’re an existing client, you can access the portal directly with a magic link sent to your email — no password required. Accounts are managed by your RHM contact.
If you’re already a client, you know where to go. If you’re not, accounts are set up by your RHM contact — there’s no public signup.
